SPIN Philadelphia Grand Opening

Pre-Marketing partnerships, Event Conceptualization and Execution, Oversight of PR/Media/Influencers and Marketing efforts to drive 1,000 attendants.

SPIN Philadelphia was my first Grand Opening as head of marketing for SPIN. My task was to enter the Philadelphia market strong, with brand awareness, local support and drive interest in the concept of ping pong to the city of brotherly love.

Our plan included pre-marketing partnership with UBIQ and Lyft, securing Rob Covington of the 76ers to host and a musical performance by Schooly D.

The event drove over 1,000 attendants from the local community, media, influencers and partners and created multiple press opportunities for SPIN to launch in Philadelphia with great success.

After Philadelphia, I was responsible for the launch of SPIN Seattle, Austin, Washington DC and the second NYC location, SPIN 54.
